Ergydigest dosage :
Oral use.
10 to 20 ml per day to be diluted in ½ glass of water (75ml) preferably between meals.
The laboratory recommends the advice of a health professional for children.
In case of pregnancy and lactation, as well as for people with hypothyroidism or thyroid treatment.
Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Aqueous solution of trace elements (filtered water, concentrated salt-free seawater, standardized extract of lithothamnium - Phymatolithon calcareum Pall., zinc and chromium chlorides, zinc, iron and copper gluconates, manganese sulphate, selenite and sodium molybdate), stabilizer: vegetable glycerin; artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.), black radish (Raphanus raphanistrum subsp. sativus L.), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) and burdock (Arctium lappa L.) extracts, preservative: potassium sorbate.
