Indications :
- Plaster and poultrice : Apply the clay directly to the skin in a 1 to 2 cm thick layer and leave on for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours or apply the clay using a thin cloth : place a 2 cm a thick layer of day paste in the centre of the cloth, fold in the 4 of day paste in the center of the cloth, fold in the 4 corners of the towel and apply this plaster directly to the desired area.
- In both cases, remove as much as possible and discard.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Facemask : spread the clay in a thick layer and leave on for 10 min. Do not allow the clay to dry.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water
- Wipe your skin.
- Cataplasm : place in the center of the laundry the clay paste on 2 cm thick, fold the 4 corners of the laundry and apply directly to the desired area.
- Rinse off with lukewarm water
- Wipe your skin.
