At Gosupps.com.au, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Damages and Issues

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs for faulty items.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods: Such as opened supplements, protein powders, or vitamins (due to health and safety regulations).

Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.

Sale items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards for change of mind.
4. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The items must be returned in their original, sealed, and resaleable condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
